The software is continuing to grow in popularity, both in offices and homes, with a tremendous increase in users across the globe in the last two years. Because of this, it has been adopted by organisations worldwide as a rigid, reliable communications platform for their workforce.

How does it work?

Using VOIP, your new phone system can make calls internally, externally and globally over Wi-fi. More and more phone systems are making use of internet calling, as it offers a more flexible and reliable signal.

But, if you’ve got team members out on the road – they can still check in. Integrating over desktop, tablet and mobile means your team can stay connected no matter where they are. They have the option to connect to local Wi-fi spots or use their 3/4/5G network.

The software connects to your CRM system, offering access to your address book when a call comes in. This allows you to instantly recall client information, as well as track/record calls.
